With what we call “The MBG3″: Skill-based training, Eischens yoga, and a plant-based diet, you can achieve real health. And the best part is you get to have FUN doing it! Remember playing in the park as a kid? Climbing up ladders, running around, jumping, and laughing with your friends. That’s what you will do at Monkey Bar Gym.
You wil learn how to train with natural, full-body movements and practice movement skills based on the way your body is designed to move. You will be working mostly bodyweight movements, but also resistance like kettlebells, sandbags, training ropes, slam balls, Power Wheels, partner resistance, of course monkey bars, and more!
What is Monkey Bar Gym?
Since its opening, Monkey Bar Gym’s mission has been to create a revolution in health and fitness with a primary focus on function rather than fashion or trends. MBG focuses on intuitive, skill-based movements that do not require any machines and can be performed anywhere. The staff of Monkey Bar Gym trains members to rely on their instincts for the basics of movements. These basic movements including; running, jumping, crawling, climbing, rolling and reacting.
After focusing on the basics, Monkey Bar Gym challenges you to increase your skill level to achieve the ultimate performance in strength, speed and stamina. The result of this skills-based training offers you the chance to achieve success in life and in any sport imaginable. Incorporated into these sessions, is a natural, restorative means of re-aligning and restoring your mind and body with the only form of yoga in the world that teaches Balanced Activation poses and partner feedback.
